We have our own quality management system, which ensures that the whole manufacturing process leads to the production of high quality CLT elements. We ensure the conformity of our products by following quality control and work instructions. Quality control relates to various stages of production, and we have specific control points for the entire manufacturing process. We control quality at various stages of production, including the arrival of sawn timber at our production plant, the transfer of sawn timber to the production line, planing, gluing and edge gluing, and CLT slab processing. Each stage is closely controlled and each workstation has specific instructions for the process.
Our certificates and product guarantee also indicate the quality of HOISKO CLT operations.
